Human Resources Purpose:
The Human Resource Department's sole responsibility is to provide service and assistance in all aspects of personnel to the Cape Girardeau School District. With approximately 70% of the District's budget dedicated to personnel and benefits, responsibilities of the department include staff recruitment, salary schedule maintenance, assignment implementation, and processing of contracts.
As part of recruiting, the HR department provides you online information regarding current available positions, job descriptions, and salary schedules.
