The CHS girls swimming and diving team poses to celebrate its third-place finish at state

The Cape Central High Girls Swimming & Diving team stormed the state meet, bringing home a third-place finish and a new state record.  The Tigers' 400-meter Freestyle Relay made up of Addison Ringwald, Sydney Ringwald, Emilie Dickson, and Marianne Dean took home the state title with a new Missouri-best time of 3:33.95.  The 200-meter Freestyle Relay (Addison Ringwald, Sydney Ringwald, Emilie Dickson, and Bella Pattengill) also took first place with a time of 1:38.52.  

Tommy-Anne Marriott clinched the individual diving title and was named the meet MVP.  Lydia Cao finished 5th. The two Tiger divers' combined scores clinched a first-place showing as a team.

  • Marianne Dean - 500 Freestyle - 7th Place
